Belinda H. Willis is CEO of Focusing on Solutions, LLC. She serves as a consultant, strategic thinking partner and coach to leaders, teams and individuals as they plan and implement change.  She is based in Hampton Roads, Virginia and brings 20 years of experience in working with governmental and non-profit agencies.

Belinda received her Bachelor's degree from Christopher Newport College, in Newport News, Virginia, in English and Psychology in 1979.  She received her Master's degree in Counseling from The College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1989. She is a three time award winner of the National Association of Counties (NACO) award for human services programs.
